As a business owner or team leader concerned with diversity and inclusion matters, you've likely done the following:

  • Set up an internal diversity committee and hired a diversity lead.

  • Changed your hiring process to target more BIPOC individuals.

  • Tried to eliminate any gender and racial salary inequities.

  • Made a list of inclusive values you adhere to as an organization.

  • Conducted employee surveys and focus groups to find out where you need to improve your internal culture.

  • Attempted to create "safe spaces" and encouraged everyone to "bring their whole self" to work.

And yet you find there’s STILL something missing…

 

That’s because inclusion is more than a checklist. You can’t just do inclusion; you have to be inclusive.

And to do that, you need support to integrate theory into practical. You need to expand your awareness, and you need to shift from bystander to inclusive leader.

WE CREATED THIS FOR YOU

As a diverse group we’ve spent a lot of time working for and alongside companies trying to solve problems of exclusion.

 

It didn’t take long for us to see there’s a strong need for a program like this that helps equip other conscious leaders with the tools and confidence to enact change (especially when we can’t be there with you).

 

We also found there were far too many “checklist” moves by businesses leaders who mean well but were out of their depths with this layered topic.


So we got to work finding a solution to this challenge....

Program Details

A 6 MONTH IMMERSIVE PROGRAM FOR YOUR TEAM

6 CORE TRAININGS + MONTHLY LIVE ROUNDTABLE SESSIONS + CERTIFICATION

Module 1:

FINDING YOUR LEADERSHIP IDENTITY

We can't know what we stand for we don't know who we are. You will learn how to set and define your leadership style and identity from the place which you engage and lead in the world. 

Module 2:

CENTERING Y(OUR) HUMANITY

If you want to make an impact, you need to have a clear understanding of how your past can influence your present, how to make that impact positive and how to use your story to connect with others.

Module 3:

SEEING HOW WE EXCLUDE

You will begin to integrate your inner world into the outer world by positioning and empowering you to handle external world issues by learning to see connective tissue woven into the fabric of society.

Module 4:

RIGHTS, REASON & RESPONSIBILITY

In addition to learning how to navigate diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging for your business or cause, this module will go deeper into the complexities of world issues, and finding local solutions to global problems.

Module 5:

IMPLEMENTING INCLUSIVE PRACTICES

We can't live in a world of theory only! This module teaches you the ins and outs of our eight inclusive practices that makes everything intentional, actionable and manageable for your daily life.

Module 6:

ACTIVATING YOUR INNER ACTIVIST

Using everything you learned throughout the program, you will deep dive into co-creation by using the methods, practices and frameworks taught to support a cause or business initiative that drives you.

ZOYA (she/her)

Your lead guide through this experience, and an expert in inclusion and social systems with a focus on empathy building, anti-racism and identity development. Zoya has a passion for activating others to reach their full potential.

tania.png

TANIA (she/her/ella)

An expert in inclusion for health and wellness, and a certified Dare to Lead™ coach with special focus on women's rights, compassionate leadership and emotional resilience in team building. Tania facilitates sessions in Spanish.

This is a one-of-a-kind training program that blends a multitude of worlds into a cohesive leadership practice to support inclusion in your business.
